Opps, sorry posted that last one before I wrote anything.

I am off today. Not because I want to but because we have no cases today. :( I could have gone into work and sat there and twiddled my thumbs for 8 hours, but didn't really want to do that. It is a bummer because I worked 5 hours of overtime on Monday to make a little extra money and now that won't even count because it will just count as part of my regular hours so I don't have to take as much PTO. We are getting busier so hopefully this will not happen too much but it doesn't seem fair to have to use your vacation time because the doctors don't have any cases to do because they have something else to do.

Oh, well, I am posting some graduation pictures of Brittany that she e-mailed me. Hopefully they will come out good enought

I have a follow up doctors appointment today with the GI doctor. So, I will see what he has to say. I don't see the endocrinologist until June 4th, which I plan to mention to the doctor today that it seems a little rediculous to not have a post hospitalization follow up appointment for 2 months after you were admitted. I do not like this doctor at all and will not stay with him once I have all my information that I need.

My blood sugar seems to be doing ok right now, but this is the pattern that is takes. It is fine for a long time and then I go through a few weeks time where it keeps going low no matter what I do. Then it miraculously gets better and behaves itself again for a while, sometimes for months. So, I don't know how to explain it. I don't do anything different that would make it change so I don't know the answer. I guess I just have to learn to live with it.
